Creating a talk page for the first time.
Right now, the Eye-Bot appears to be a little more nuanced than previously thought. Even if INT looks like it decreases charge time, this appears to be the only thing that changes as INT increases. I don't know if there are any other attributes that are changed by INT despite the effects saying 'INT boosts it all around.'
I will need to study this relic in more detail later, hopefully when a test build with console commands comes out. I'm befuzzled about this item to say the least.
