Invoker Wand is a relic in Schism. The associated god for this relic is Magic, and it may be granted as a relic reward every 3 favor levels.

The Invoker Wand adds a LCK-scaling chance that starts at 50% to turn bullets into blue star projectiles. These stars are functionally identical to the weapon's usual projectiles; they deal extra damage that scales with the INT stat, but cost 2 MP if they hit a target.

Tips

  • This relic's interaction with ASP is to be kept in mind. Weapons with high attack speed can drain MP very quickly, but also benefit the most from the flat damage boosting. However, the inverse also applies to low ASP weapons. Take your stats into consideration (especially INT and WIS,) and decide what weapons work best for you.

Notes

  • A star replacing a bullet does not cost MP; it only drains the player's MP if the star damages something.
  • If the player reaches 0 MP, then bullets are no longer randomly turned into blue stars.
  • If a star pierces through multiple targets, then it drains additional MP according to the number of targets hit.
  • The stars can drain MP even if they hit purely decorative objects during combat.

Trivia

  • The Invoker Wand adds a cosmetic change to the prisoner, but it is not as obvious as other changes. A blue wand sprite appears behind all weapons that the player uses, and is nearly fully obscured unless the player finds weapons with small in-game sprites, such as the Stickem and Push-Knife.
